Possibilities of utilization fiber-based and secondary easy-renewable raw sources in the production of lightweight building materials
Horáková, Lucie ; Sedlmajer, Martin (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis dealt with the possibilities of of utilization fiber-based and secondary easy-renewable raw sources in the production of lightweight building materials. The theoretical part includes literature search of the researches, which dealt with this issue. Appropriate sources of fibers were selected within the theoretical part and the findings were used in the practical part of the thesis. Within the practical part laboratory measurements and subsequent selection of the most suitable fibers were performed. Laboratory measurements and subsequent selection of the most suitable fibers were performed in the practical part. Subsequently, designs of thermal insulating plasters (with the possibility of using as repairing plasters) were made on the basis of lightweight glass aggregate, to which the production of test specimens was connected. Laboratory tests were performed on fresh and hardened mortars and subsequently evaluated. In conclusion, an economic evaluation and assessment of the competitiveness of the proposed plasters was carried out.
Family house with an establishment
Hlaváček, Petr ; Píštěk, Rostislav (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The new family house without cellar, with garage and an establishment – hairdressing salon. The object is based on strip foundation. The footing bottom is in frost resistant depth. Construction system is in both ways. Vertical walls are made by cut bricks POROTHERM. The external cladding is replenished by thermal insulation plaster POROTHERM TO. Horizontal constructions are made by ceramic girders and insert POROTHERM. Stairway is made by reinforced concrete. Heating system is ensured by gas boiler.
Influence of thermal and moisture loads on the behavior of thermal insulation and repair materials based on silicates
Horáková, Lucie ; Peterková, Jitka (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis dealt with the study of thermal insulating and repairing materials based on silicates. The theoretical part includes a literature search of conducted researches, which x focused on the development of thermal insulating and repairing plasters with low thermal conductivity, including the study of their hygrothermal behaviour and modification of capillary activity. Futher there is a description of the hygrothermal behaviour of building materials with the expansion of this issue on porous materials. The knowledge from theoretical part was used in the experimental part, particularly at designing recipes. According to the designed recipes there were blended samples of plasters on which were subsequently tested selected properties. The results were put into context with the results of the research teams from a literature search.
Development of thermal and sanitation plasters for historical buildings
Rajchot, Václav ; Michálka, Pavel (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis addressed the development renders the optimal ratio of thermal insulation and mechanical properties. In developing these materials were used alternative latent hydraulic binders. Research was conducted plasters and renders the requirements of technical standards in the Czech Republic. Work dealt with the general composition of plaster, including the use of secondary raw materials in dry plaster mixtures and thermal insulation properties and remediation plaster. Furthermore, the measured values of physical and mechanical properties of the test formulations. The best recipes were compared with plaster on the Czech market.

Vertical walls are made by cut bricks POROTHERM. The external cladding is replenished by thermal insulation plaster POROTHERM TO. Horizontal constructions are made by filigree ceiling panels. Stairway is made by reinforced concrete. Heating system is ensured by gas boiler.
Development of advanced thermal insulating plasters with utilization as sanitation plasters according to WTA standard
Vaněk, Lukáš ; Michálka, Pavel (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the issue thermal insulation plasters which can be applied in the remediation of buildings. The practical part deals with optimizing the composition of thermal insulation plaster-based lightweight aggregate of the foam glass and with possible substitution of cement for other binders with latent hydraulic properties. The resultant plaster should meet the best ratio of mechanical and thermal insulating properties.
